Inference Game

Today for reading I went on a website (Quia) that helped me so much with my reading. This website just gives you 15 questions and every time you get the answer right you will get a lot of money at the end. I found this kind of difficult because every time you get the answer wrong you will have to start all over again and you will lose all your money. This game is so helpful and challenging at the same time. 

Division problems

Today for maths I made a DLO

(Digital Learning object) on solving division problems using time tables. I found this strategy very difficult to learn but at the end I knew the strategy off by heart. This is such an easy way of solving division problems.

Tile Conversions

Today for maths I made a tile conversions. I had to give my work to a friend and they had to figure out the fraction,percentage, and the decimal. I found this pretty easy because I have done this and I am confident with doing it, however I tried my best.

Reading Comprehension

Today for Reading, my group had to play an Author's Purpose game which you just have to read pieces of writing and you have to see if it is Inform,persuade, or entertain. I found this pretty hard because every time you get the answer wrong, you always have to reset and I kept on starting over again for a long time until I finally finished it. 

How things Work:SImple machines

Today for inquiry we had to find out some sort of machines that can help us open and carry a chained up box.  We had to get into groups of 3 and find some machines. I found this pretty easy and no wonder why it is called simple machines.

It was such an amazing opportunity to do this program and I know that my Brain has grown with a lot of Knowledge. I will work much more harder next term to achieve my goal  on where I am expose to be at the end of the year. I worked really hard on this program and I literally can't wait for the next Winter Learning Journey. I love how we are doing the activities on our loving home island NZ. We are so lucky to call this place HOME!.
