I am so impressed that you have already finished the Winter Learning Journey programme. Wow! It's great to see you, Jolie and Mafi already posting your final blog and it's only the mid-way mark. Well done!
I really do hope that you enjoyed the learning journey and discovered many new things about this awesome country that we call home!
I will see you in Term 3 when I come to Glen Innes school to deliver the certificates and prizes for the 'Top 3' bloggers!!
Enjoy the rest of you holiday and feel free to post positive comments on the blogs of other Winter Learning Journey participants. I know that it would mean a lot to them!
I am so glad that you have taken part in the WLJ and learnt so much. It is a great way to keep your brain active over the holidays!
I like that you have made a comparison to Maori performing a haka before the war and sports games. Both war and games involve a battle between two sides or teams.
Sometimes it can be hard to learn about sad things, like the beaching of the whales and dolphins. It is good to be aware though, and I'm sure you could use your new knowledge to help out if you ever saw a beached whale.
We are incredibly lucky to live in NZ, it is very beautiful! Now you know about these wonderful places, you could visit them in the future.
You have learnt so much and I am very pleased with the effort you have put into the WLJ. Well done!
